Both my dog and I have been ill… but our Skippy jar has a Feb Use-by date. Know of any testing facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area?

I have jars of peanut butter with the UPC no. listed but it is not marked with the May date. My date is JAN2512LRO1 08 11. Is this jar all right or should I not use it? The UPC no. is 04800100681. If it is not to be used what do I have to do with it? Thank you. Gloria Springer (I live in Reading, PA)
