Tom's Barbecue Potato Chips Recalled Due to Salmonella Risk

Tom's Barbecue Potato Chips made by Lance, Inc. in Charlotte NC. www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm206881.htm This is a voluntary recall and these chips were also sold nationwide.

They possibly contain the toxin Salmonella. There have been no reports of illnesses regarding these chips. These are for the 1 oz., 2.25 oz., and 8.5 oz. ounce sizes. Symptoms of Salmonella are high fever, severe headache, vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Long term complications can include severe arthritis and can be fatal to small children, the elderly or those with compromised immune systems.

was wondering when the Tom's BBQ chips will be back on shelves ..?? they are my favorite!
