SPICE INDUSTRIAL GROUP INC., of City of Industry, Ca is recalling LIAN HOW WHITE SESAME SEEDS supplied by Specialty Commodities Corp. distributed from November 6 to December 11, 2009, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Spice Industrial Group Inc. was notified of this contamination by our supplier, Specialty Commodities Corp. To date no illnesses have been reported to Spice Industrial Group Inc.
