         <description><![CDATA[<p>The USA's food supply for humans and pets is very broken.</p>

<p>The ChemNutra folks, who were responsible for the Pet Food Recall of 2007, started a new business and were "punished" with barely a slap on the wrist.</p>

<p>There's just no incentive for food companies to do the right thing.</p>

<p>Note to Washington:  It's time to impose harsh penalties on those who are reckless with the food we eat.</p>]]></description>
