The ChemNutra folks, who were responsible for the Pet Food Recall of 2007, started a new business and were "punished" with barely a slap on the wrist.

There's just no incentive for food companies to do the right thing.

Note to Washington: It's time to impose harsh penalties on those who are reckless with the food we eat.
