My wife ate a Southwest Taco salad at a Wendy's in Carmel, NY at Putnam Plaza on Saturday June 21, 2008. The salad had cut-up tomatoes. About 4 hours after eating she began complaining of an upset stomach. She began vomiting and somewhat uncontrolled diarreha. Diarreha seems to have stopped, but her stomach is still very sensitive, and she is running a fever now. She's just been drinking water.

Does this sound like Salmonella food poisoning?
