         <description><![CDATA[<p>For all those 2007 pet owners waiting for the wrist-slap sentence to be doled out to ChemNutra and the Millers for their role in the 2007 Pet Food Recalls,<br />
there is hope that some day food producers will not be allowed to produce adulterated/contaminated food that is killing U.S. consumers at the rate of one every two hours in the future. It is way past time for felony jail time and stiffer fines where the acts<br />
were both avoidable and intentional. Kevin Levitas is my new hero, and the Georgia legislature for passing this bill as soon as possible to protect consumers.</p>]]></description>
